Our head chef Mr Lilaram Sapkota has 15 years of experience working in quality restaurants and hotels across Nepal and India, he is one of the renowned chefs in UK's specialist Indian/Nepalse food culture. He has been with us for the last 7 years. Mr. Sapkota is cornerstone of the successful Kathmandu Valley and has long championed the cause of our good food and above all he loves challenges. If you don't see what you fancy on the menu he will be happy to make your special dish on your request.

Our tandoori chef is non the less. We have been trying to provide best quality tandoori dishes across the SW. We hired the man with maximun knowledge on tandoori dishes, he has the knowledge of 20 years working in tandoori and he has been recruited for 4 years and hopes to continue with us.
